In Prague you can find a lot of very beautiful places to take pictures.
Below I mentioned the best places for photos, in my opinion, location tips, free or not, and links to locations in Google Maps.

№1 Charles Bridge

The Charles Bridge is a beautiful historic bridge connecting the Old Town to Prague Castle on the other side of the Vltava River

When to Visit: 

 I strongly advise arriving at sunrise or anytime before 9am, otherwise the bridge gets extremely packed with people. The towers open at 10am.

№2 Vrtba Garden

The Vrtba Garden in Prague is one of several fine High Baroque gardens in the Czech capital.

When to Visit: 

The Vrtba Garden is open from April to October, daily from 10am to 7pm.

Admission - Adults 80,- Kč

№3  St. Vitus Cathedral

St Vitus Cathedral is the largest and most famous cathedral in Prague, located inside the Prague Castle complex.

When to Visit: 

You will have to visit really early in the morning for the best pictures as thousands of tourists will be crowding around the area any time after!

№4  Vltava River Bank

The Vltava river bank is a great place to take some interesting photos on the background of Charles Bridge

When to Visit: 

To make good pictures you need to come here or early in the morning or late at night

№5  Troja Palace

Troja Palace is a Baroque palace located in Troja, Prague's north-west borough.

When to Visit: 

The palace's design has been influenced by French and Italian architecture

To make good pictures you need to come here in the morning.
Opening hours: 10.00 – 18.00

№6  Nice spots near Prague Castle

Beautiful views of Prague can be accessed for free from this scenic lookout point just outside of Prague Castle. When exiting the castle, head towards Nerudova Street. 

When to Visit: 

Anytime is fine to visit since there’s nothing to block the view, but arriving just after sunrise or just before sunset would make for beautiful light in photos.

№7  Old Town Square

Old Town Square is Prague’s prettiest and most famous square featuring some of the city’s most recognizable sights. 

When to Visit: 

Old Town Square is somewhere you’ll want to visit at least twice. 

To make good pictures you need to come here in the early morning.

№8  Wallenstein Palace Gardens
 

Beautiful views of Prague can be accessed for free from this scenic lookout point just outside of Prague Castle. When exiting the castle, head towards Nerudova Street. 

When to Visit: 

To make good pictures you need to come here in the morning.

Open : 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

№9  Vyšehrad

Vyšehrad is a historic fort located in the city of Prague, Czech Republic, just over 3 km southeast of Prague Castle, on the right bank of the Vltava River.

When to Visit: 

To make good pictures you need to come here in the morning.

Opening hours: 9.30 – 18.30

№10  The Cernin Palace

The Cernin Palace has a beautiful garden, originally in Baroque manner. 

When to Visit: 

The Cernin Garden is an architecturally rich terrace garden with two pools and a summer house. It was designed by several important architects since the 17 thcentury. 
To make good pictures you need to come here in the morning.

Opening hours: 10.00 – 17.00
